Membership is open to all persons who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of the PHCA and agree to abide by its Code of Ethics and Bylaws.

 

An applicant must have the sponsorship of two members in good standing of the PHCA.  They must submit a membership application, signed by those two PHCA members, a signed Code of Ethics, and the appropriate fees (dependent on individual vs. family membership).

Membership is renewable each January.

The application is published in the club newsletter and submitted to the board of directors to be voted on for approval.  Applicants are notified of the results.

Completed membership applications and signed Code Of Ethics forms may be mailed to the  PHCA Recording Secretary:  Ms. Sheila Hoffman, 121 Harmon Cove, Brighton, TN 38011.
